Last week we held Leadership Academy, which is our annual in-house seminar that explores all areas of leadership in the architecture industry. This year we had two sessions in Kansas City and Phoenix!

The Gould Evans Leadership Academy is a unique, two-day, in-house seminar where we bring together a diverse group of associates from across our studios and expose them to the skills needed to become the next generation of leaders. This session took place in Kansas City and focused on identifying individual strengths and how to leverage them as our firm moves into the future.
